• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and zoning requirements
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your property

5. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through our platform are subject to acceptance by the property owner. Payment terms and cancellation policies are determined by individual property owners and will be clearly displayed before booking.

We process payments securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when they are incurred.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service to:
